MAP Online version 4 launches with improved user experience and new features

MAP BioPharma are excited to launch the latest improved version of MAP Online. This essential Market Access resource has been transformed to provide an improved user experience in response to our member needs and interests. Created in 2012, MAP Online provides all the knowledge, tools and templates needed to plan successful Market Access journeys across international markets. MAP Online is carefully validated by experts and updated regularly, and version 4 has been designed with a focus on helping our members make the most of this valuable content.

Development of version 4 began in January 2019, with the aim of providing users with a tailored, personalised experience that breaks down the comprehensive library of content into manageable chunks, making material more accessible and easier to navigate. 

Improvements to the MAP Online user experience include:

  •  a tailored, personalised experience that suggests content based on a user’s interests, history and searches

  •  a refined user interface that supports breaking complex topics down into more manageable sections that are easily searchable

  •  search across all content regardless of the country a user is currently accessing

  •  the ability to add favourites and history, creating a personalised library of content directly within the system.

Extensive user testing, led by an experienced user acceptance testing (UAT) lead, has refined the improvements to provide members with a seamless user experience.
